Mālama ʻIa Me ʻOe - Music by Oscar Strauss

Mālama ʻia me ʻoe
Ke aloha e lei aʻi

Hîpuʻu ʻia me ʻoe
Ke koʻiʻi koi a loko

Kāhiko ʻia me ʻoe
Ka ʻiʻini a ka puʻuwai

Pāpahi paʻa me ʻoe
Ka wehi a mau loa
Cared for with you, is
The love that is as a neck lei

Fastened to you is
The desire insistent within

Adorned with you is
The heart’s desire

An honor lasting with you
An ornament forever
